User page comments

[edit]

From one developer to another, I have to say your user page was the geekiest I've ever read! I was about to reach for the desktop (computer desktop) calculator (which defaults to hex in my case) to work out the numbers, but was deeply dissapointed when I continued to read and realized I no longer needed the calculator. Take care! --Stephane Charette 02:20, 14 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I consider that, of course, to be a compliment. You reminded me that I hadn't been there in awhile. Anyway, thanks, and cheers! Rod (A. Smith) 07:33, 14 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have to agree with the above comment. I love your user page, it seems so serious, and yet that makes it all the more humourous. It makes me want to go read some more Terry Pratchett novels. His sense of humour is very similar to your own, I think. Anyway, I just had to comment on your user page, it's hilarious. Balrog30 08:13, 16 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Well done. I have asked to withdraw the nomination. Thanks, Bearian! Rod (A. Smith) 18:55, 15 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
You are welcome! We have to wait for a more experienced user or sysop to mop up the job.. Bearian 19:22, 15 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

rollback

[edit]

Hi, I have granted you rollback. Note that English Wikipedians get a bit antsy if you use it for anything besides vandalism. Regards, John Vandenberg (chat) 22:19, 4 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, John. Rod (A. Smith) 18:01, 6 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
