I've reverted your edit mentioning a paper by the user you have mentioned since (1) the description provided doesn't make sense and (2) you didn't link to the paper or provide a citation.
The file File:Ferry Gouw.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
unused, low-res, no obvious use
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
