Let me make several things clear to you;

Back in November, you were blocked for a week because of your persistent disregard for Wikipedia policies, and for your arrogant insistence that you would ignore policy where you felt you knew better.
Having been blocked, you simply ignored the block, and carried on editing. I can only assume that this represents the same attitude as you display towards our other policies, and that you imagined that you could decide that the block wasn't right and ignore it. Because of this willful block evasion, you were indefinitely blocked.
Indefinitely blocked means that you are not allowed to edit again until you satisfy an admin that you will abide by policy. It does not mean that you are allowed to create a new account, and carry on. It means no editing until you get the block lifted (and unless you attitude toward policy changes, that won't happen). As such, this new account is also now blocked indefinitely.
You take issue with my view of your English skills. I'm afraid that it doesn't matter what qualifications you wave at people here. I am a native speaker of the language, and your English is not written with the correct English idiom. Every time you write something, somebody has to correct the idiom to bring it up to scratch, and in some cases the sentences are so completely garbled as to defy interprtation.
It has been made clear to you many times that you do NOT own the articles that you edit, and that other editors are free to edit them to improve them. Repeatedly demanding that people don't edit "your" articles is, yet again, displaying contempt for policy, and ensuring that you are not going to get unblocked.
Wikipedia requires that editors are civil to each other, and that they do not make personal attacks "You are very bad. I hate you" is not civil, and it is a personal attack. Another nail in the coffin of any hopes you have of getting unblocked.
It is apparent that you have been indefinitely blocked on the German Wikipedia, for very similar reasons.
