If you read the MOS that I have pointed you to, rather than blindly edit war, you would see that we include parent seasons in the stats table (in the MOS example, the player has a row for both the 2010-11 parent club season, even though there are 0 appearances, and the loan club. The reason for this is to show what club a player was on loan from and avoid any gaps. See also the various discussions about this at WP:FOOTY, including Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Football/Archive 145#Ben White career statistics table and Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Football/Archive 143# Career stats MOS - parent club rows - you were involved in the 143 discussion so don't plead ignorance. You just don't like it and now you're being disruptive. GiantSnowman 19:53, 6 January 2023 (UTC)

GS, neither discussion resulted in any consensus for parent club rows. As RedPatch stated in 143: Consensus is also not even close to being against Rupert. I quickly reviewed this discussion and noted 9 people on Rupert's side to remove years where the player was not available or put a note or something similar and 6 on the GS's side to keep the rows there. Well obviously NOTAVOTE, and the arguments in favour of the MOS were stronger than your opposes (although I would say that) - but either way it shows there is no consensus to change the MOS. Removing the line makes no sense. GiantSnowman 20:03, 6 January 2023 (UTC)
If you would look at Soccerbase you would see that it does include French league stats and the site has no mention of him at Arsenal in 2022–23 but rather his Reims stats. So even if we were to keep 2022–23 for Arsenal, a different source should be used. Soccerbase is a perfectly good source to use for his Reims stats this season especially since the preference is to use individual sources for each season rather than a blanket soccerway source. although I would say that Obviously. :-) no consensus to change the MOS As was pointed out in the discussion the table at Wikipedia:WikiProject Football/Players does not unambiguously suggest we should always use parent club rows. Robby.is.on (talk) 22:21, 6 January 2023 (UTC)
Soccerway does have him at Arsenal 2022-23 though... GiantSnowman 11:13, 7 January 2023 (UTC)
So IF we keep the 2022–23 line for arsenal, we should not use soccerbase but soccerway. Rupert1904 (talk) 16:10, 9 January 2023 (UTC)
