Please read WP:NOR and WP:VERIFY. This was clearly a personal comment by you (and I presume you meant 'no evidence') and thus does not belong in the article. Please read WP:VERIFY carefully as I am not sure at all that you understand how Wikipedia works. Which isn't surprising or bad in any way as you are new, but given your edits I think you will benefit by reading some of our policies and guidelines to save you from the frustration of having your edits reverted. I was impressed by your greeting on your user page, but don't let that snow ya' I'm generally disagreeable. Yes, there is much misinformation here at Wikipedia, esp on the Thomas Jefferson page. This page has been subject to a long history of manipulations, to say the least. Just wanted to say hello and thanks for showing an interest and for your time and effort. Voices are needed. Many have shied away from revolving door debates. Need people who can go the distance. On the Jefferson page there remain only a few. Yes, I have noticed that on the Jeeferson page and the Democratic-Republican page has been changed for the better over the last couple of years. I have been meaning to join to help clear up misinformation that I see. It is a great resource to use even with the misinformation as long as you use it as a starting platform to look for more information. Thanks for the feedback. Just a quick tip on talk page editing. Notice the way paragraphs are progressively indented here in this section. This is done by adding colon(s) ( : ) at the beginning of the paragraph when you are typing text in 'edit mode'. The first paragraph in a section gets no colon, the second paragraph gets one colon, causing it to indent, and the following paragraphs get two, three ... colons causing it to indent even further.

Once paragraph text becomes too far indented we start over using none, one, two, colons as was done with this paragraph. Other editing features include bold text and text in italics. Just look at the text here in 'edit mode' to see how this is done. Much else can be learned about editing by simply observing other editors. Thanks, Gwillhickers for your input on the discussion on Jefferson political affiliation, it was to no avail though. Are they always so closeminded to new information that contradicts their "widely known" incorrect information. I guess I will just have to fight my battle on the Democratic-Republican Party article discussion page to dispel the myth that the afore mentioned Party was the same as the Republican Party. I just thought it would be easier to change Jefferson's political party when you have proof instead of just heresay.
