As an admin of the Russian Wikipedia, have to clarify for the local admins that it does not just lack references but is a blatant hoax that was already deleted several times as such from our language section. The latest repost was today and the possibility to look up the deletion history was masked by author by replacing several Cyrillic letters in the title with similarly looking Latin letters (I think that pretty much reveals the intents of the contributor) Tatewaki (talk) 15:50, 2 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
