Proposed deletion of Broadcom (disambiguation)

The article Broadcom (disambiguation) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Per WP:TWODABS, disambiguation is appropriately dealt with by hatnotes in the articles. A move request claiming otherwise did not gain consensus.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Broadcom (disambiguation). Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Regards, James(talk/contribs) 00:13, 27 March 2016 (UTC)

Actually I was wrong..

No, you were right, @Optakeover. The person who vandalised has a set of vandalism-only multi-sock accounts created specifically with a usernames confusingly similar to mine. The vandal has User:SageCreamRider and User:SageGreenRiderGhost maybe more. Seems to target folks who have contributed to the Donald Trump article. User:Protectprowrestling has a similar MO. There's some similarity to IPs Special:Contributions/68.94.30.5 and Special:Contributions/68.32.124.174 Should receive an immediate permanent block IMHO. Cheers. Hey, it's me. I just want to let you know that I won't attempt to edit your user page again. SageCreamRider is also under my control. I went to the Donald Trump article and chose a random person. :) However, protectprowrestling, IP 68.94.30.5 and IP 68.32.124.174 are not mine. (That last edit was me not logged in by accident and was my IP, lol.) — Preceding unsigned comment added by SageGreenRiderGhost (talkcontribs) 17:51, 31 March 2016 (UTC)
