Non-existent categories[edit]

Information icon Before adding a category to an article, as you did to Category:Lord-Lieutenants of the Tower Hamlets, please make sure that the category page actually exists. In some cases, it may be appropriate to create a new category in accordance with Wikipedia's categorization guidelines, but it is usually better to use the most specific available existing category. It is never appropriate to leave a page categorised in a non-existent category, i.e. one whose link displays in red. You may find it helpful to use the gadget HotCat, which tests whether a category exists before saving a change. Thank you. --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 20:13, 1 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

February 2021[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Tbhotch. An edit that you recently made to Pixie Lott seemed to be a test and has been reverted. If you want to practice editing, please use your sandbox. If you think a mistake was made, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! (CC) Tbhotch 23:10, 12 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Can you find a source for a change you made?[edit]

Hi! I noticed this edit you made to British European Airways Flight 548 and working on the assumption it's a perfectly valid change, I incorporated your edit summary text into the article as a footnote; hopefully this will steer future editors away from trying to 'fix' what they perceive as a mistake. It would be useful to add a cite to the footnote that will corroborate your change, but I'm a yank in California who doesn't really know where to search for a likely very England-centric source. Since you made the change, I thought I'd ask you to see if you can look for a source? Cheers, Itsfullofstars (talk) 20:31, 10 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
