Regarding List of United States federal executive orders, there is confusion because while Trump has only signed a handful of executive orders, he has issued 10 presidential memoranda which carry similar weight. These are what news sources are reporting on (and sometimes confusing for executive order).
The column you updated is only for executive orders, of which 5 are published on whitehouse.gov currently. I believe he has actually signed 6 at this point, but it would be easiest to just go by the official number published. In any case, any source reporting that he has signed more than 10 is rolling together presidential memoranda with executive orders. I have reverted the article too much at this point so I can no longer edit on this point, but I invite you to continue editing the article after reviewing the situation.
