Requested username:

Request reason:

Your reason here: don't want to use this account.

Decline reason:

That's not how this works. If you don't want to use this account, then stop using it. If you want to use a different account, you must first get this block removed, because the block is on you personally, not just your account. Prior declined requests must remain until the block is removed per WP:BLANKING. 331dot (talk) 15:58, 2 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to request a vanishing, please click on WP:VANISH for instructions. 331dot (talk) 16:49, 2 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked users do not meet the "in good standing" requirement for a courtesy vanishing. Cabayi (talk) 10:16, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Nor are vanishings compatible with WP:CLEANSTART which is what Sembly seems to want. Cabayi (talk) 10:18, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Cabayi That's what I thought but I wasn't 100% sure. I also suspected they wanted a clean start, although they said in a now removed comment that they wanted to not return. 331dot (talk) 11:13, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Dear moderators! Are you joking me??? Rename my account and stop using my current username, that's all what I'm asking. I choosed this name by mistake and I no longer want to page with this username to exist.
I got denied by rename for 4 times! I understand it's not your problem. Let me rename this account, I can't even "vanish" or "clean-start" I WANT TO RENAME IT, with all my respect. @Cabayi@331dot Sembly (talk) 17:35, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@331dot FYI "Dear user,
Sorry, courtesy vanishing is only available to users in good standing. As your account is blocked, it is not eligible.<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WP:VANISH>
Yours sincerely,
Carlos Abayi"
Please, stop suggest to do things, that you don't want to do!
Rename me and I will log-off forever. @Cabayi Sembly (talk) 17:37, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Since my username violate "Username policy" "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Username_policy" RENAME me, PLEASE. I don't understand what else you expect from me. @Jimfbleak Sembly (talk) 17:42, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
If it "not" explain this "You have been indefinitely blocked from editing because your account is being used only for spam or advertising and **your username is a violation of the username policy** @Jimfbleak Sembly (talk) 17:44, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know if you are confused about this or just do not understand us, but only one of two possibilities can happen here:
  1. You follow the instructions in the block notice to make an unblock request that proposes a new username we can rename this account to, addresses your violations of policy, and tells what you will edit about instead.
  2. You stop using and abandon this account, never to return under this or any account.
We will not rename this account if you intend to abandon it, since if you intend to abandon it and never edit again, there is no need to. If you intend to make edits, you must do option one. You cannot abandon this account and create a new one, that is sock puppetry. Does this clear things up? 331dot (talk) 19:02, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
