Add a lead section and a summary of the notable aspects of the islets, and I think you have a featured list. —Viriditas | Talk 09:52, 29 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. I see you went ahead and listed the article. I think that you might need to meet the concerns of the reviewers, or at least let them know that you have met their concerns. I see that an issue with the colors has been raised. See if you can compromise with Gary King and find a lighter color that works for everyone. As for the concerns raised by "Milk's Favorite Cookie" (what a weird user name), I think it would be a good idea to add inline citations, or at the very least, add them to potentially controversial statements. If you were to add, let's say, one inline citation to the end of every paragraph, that would make him happy. Let me know what you think or if you need my help. AfD nomination of Nels Roseland

[edit]

I have nominated Nels Roseland, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Nels Roseland. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? APK yada yada 08:28, 19 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Dotmap for Michigamme, Michigan

[edit]

Hello. At Image talk:MIMap-doton-Michigamme.PNG, someone mentioned that the dotmap for this particular image is not correct. I can't find a blank county map for this image, so I couldn't fix it myself. --- RockMFR 04:02, 1 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've nominated for speedy deletion because there's no source for a conviction. Without that, this article calls for speedy deletion. David in DC (talk) 04:46, 6 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:OregonTrailScreenshot.JPG)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:OregonTrailScreenshot.JPG. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:15, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
