Speedy deletion nomination of ValueLicensing

Request reason:

I have not completed the page. I just started editing it. Then how can it be blocked? I have not written anything that is actually wrong. If i click 'Save changes', will u consider it as final copy? Its really been frustrating evrytime i try to create a page for the company 'ValueLicensing'. I really dont know what you are expecting. How can u judge the page by single line? and that too when its not completed? Every time u block me by saying a vague reason. Please let me know clearly what is preventing me from creating a wikipage
