User talk:Simon Templar 2299
Concerning Heino Hankewitz:
please do not remove the tags again; the notability in terms of wikipedia is not established, and I'm very tempted to delete the article outright as an speedy deletion A7. I sense a conflict of interest also, due to the fact that you did not edit anything else very much. Please answer the following question (truthfully): are you the subject of the article, or are you his friend/colleague/acquaintynce? If yes: I would refrain from editing the article. Cheers. - Yes, the article is about my father and he has approved everything written. I added as many references as one could find, the rest is just factual information. Cheers, --Simon Templar 2299 (talk) 08:17, 6 March 2009 (UTC)
- It is not so much about if your father has approved everything that is written here, it is about the the question: is he notable enough to have an article about him. So leave the article as it is (with tags etc.), and it will be evaluated in good time. Lectonar (talk) 08:28, 6 March 2009 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of The Empire Chronicles[edit]
![](http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/1/15/Ambox_warning_pn.svg/48px-Ambox_warning_pn.svg.png)
A tag has been placed on The Empire Chronicles requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for web content. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you.
