Godsmack
[edit]Hi, sorry for deleting that. I am trying to make Godsmack ship shape. If you haven't noticed it is a lot better than last time you edited. It is a current GA nominee. Please state to me why you think they are nu metal, as I do not see that in them in any way. I am not saying this because I dislike nu metal, it is a highly influential genre, and I like a few, I just find nothing in common with Godsmack and nu metal. Please see this to see what I am saying. Please reply on my talk page.
Thank you,

- That is not what I asked about. Please tell me why Godsmack is nu metal.
Thank you,
Skeeker [Talk] 22:19, 11 December 2007 (UTC)- I read the ref, it says they confidently brought nu metal. I am asking you, why are they? I am trying to settle this professionaly, no need to get cocky.
Thank you,

Thank you,
Skeeker [Talk] 04:16, 12 December 2007 (UTC)- If that were the case then Megadeth would be nu metal. Godsmack doesn't use samples either. I will keep the genre there, but if it gets deleted I won't revert the edit.
Thank you,

I have read it, I'm just sayiong that the statement the reviewer said is pointless, because I could rattle of alot of bands that are not nu metal that tie into "by seamlessly incorporating noisy hooks into a tight framework of pulsing beats, processed vocals, and a slew of programmed samples, edits, and voiceovers."
Thank you,
