NS 1150 Article choice
[edit]Hi Samantha,
All three of your article selections are great choices. I will let you pick the one you think you can find good quality resources to support your editing process. Let me know which you select and I will assign that one to you!!!
Let me know if you have further questions. Saguaromelee (talk) 14:35, 22 February 2018 (UTC)
Hello again Sl2763! I do want to clarify that the articles you selected to potentially use are great options for an academic paper but are not as useful for editing Wikipedia. The latest research in areas related to health and medicine tend to contradict each other. The highest quality articles for this type of editing are generally systematic reviews. Please check the Wikipedia guidelines [[1]] to help with this. Feel free to reach out to me if you have further questions! Saguaromelee (talk) 14:42, 5 March 2018 (UTC)
In this instance you have already received excellent feedback from the Wikipedia community based on the resources you were interested in using. The community member suggested that this article https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0303720715300800 was a good option, but the others may not be. For the purposes of the class definitely use the article approved, and you can see if you can locate other review type articles, if not, go ahead and use what you found with the idea that some of what you do in your sandbox will not be carried over into the livespace. Which is fine and part of the process! Keep asking these great questions! Saguaromelee (talk) 22:16, 5 March 2018 (UTC)
Annotated bibliography feedback
[edit]Just wanted to say I enjoyed reading your notes for your annotated bibliography. Great work, very detailed. Looking forward to reading your potential addition to your article! Your work here serves as an excellent model for how to engage with the process of synthesizing articles for their potential to edit Wikipedia. Saguaromelee (talk) 13:20, 3 April 2018 (UTC)
