Blocked
[edit]This account has been blocked indefinitely as a sock puppet that was created to violate Wikipedia policy. Note that using multiple accounts is allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not, and that all edits made while evading a block or ban may be reverted or deleted. If this account is not a sock puppet, and you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}} below. |

Request reason:
I'm not sure why I was blocked in the first place. I read your sock puppet page but I don't feel that's accurate of my intentions for using Wikipedia and as far as I'm aware this is my first and only registration with Wikipedia, unless someone is fraudulently using my details. I would like to be able to continue contributing to Wikipedia. Smahon89 (talk) 09:26, 8 June 2020 (UTC)
Decline reason:
In my opinion, this seems more likely to be meat puppetry than straight-up sock puppetry. However, both are a violation of our policy against the use of multiple accounts. The reason why we're suspicious is because you recreated a page right after it was deleted and the creator was blocked. You need to explain why you did that and what connection you have to LucyOldham/London Roar and the topic. If you've been paid to edit Wikipedia, you must disclose this. You also should read through our conflict of interest guideline to see if you need to disclose anything else. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 12:02, 8 June 2020 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
What is your connection to the user User:London Roar? 331dot (talk) 10:12, 8 June 2020 (UTC)
- I am friends with Lucy Oldham, I read the content to be published and thought it was fair and unbiased with relevant references so was happy to upload it on her behalf. I have not been paid in any way. I didn't think it would be an issue to do her a favour but if my friendship with her prohibits me from adding this information due to Wikipedia regulations then my apologies, I will not try to re-create.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Smahon89 (talk • contribs)

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If the block is a CheckUser or Oversight block, was made by the Arbitration Committee or to enforce an arbitration decision (arbitration enforcement), or is unsuitable for public discussion, you should appeal to the Arbitration Committee.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.
