how do i chage my password

When you are logged in you should see a link at the top of the window, saying My Preferences. You should be able to click on that and get to a page that will let you change your password. Look for the Change Password link.

Also, there is a link on the left side Help. One of the best parts of that page is the link to the help desk. If you can create a question there (use the "New Section" link at top) and there is usually someone who can reply within a couple hours. I've asked questions there and they were helpful.
