I spot checked some of what you are doing and it seems cool. About infoboxes - if you are interested, then you are doing what is right for now. Eventually, maybe in a few years, we will try to pull more of this content from Wikidata, our structured data project. A lot of the data points you are editing could be structured data in Wikidata rather than unstructured data here. It is great what you are doing here so this is just FYI about technology that many people are examining. Take care and ping me if I can assist in orienting you to anything.
