broken citation templates[edit]

Your recent edits have added quite a few articles to Category:CS1 errors: missing pipe because you omitted a required pipe character in a {{cite web}} template. For example, this citation (permalink). Please fix your errors and in future Show preview before you click Publish page.

January 2024[edit]

Information icon Hi Smashskitten! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Dungog railway station that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Thank you. Fork99 (talk) 22:21, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Otherwise, thanks for updating the stats! I also invite you to the Australian Transport WikiProject, a group of editors interested in Australian transport and where discussions about the topic's articles take place. There are also other WikiProjects like the Australian one. You can also have a read of Help:Getting started if you'd like more information on how to edit Wikipedia. Notice

The article List of railway stations by passengers (Sydney) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Article doesn't meet WP:NLIST.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Yes, that is fine. I just left it there in case someone wanted to integrate it into another list or incorporate ranks into the articles. If no one does that delete it. Smashskitten (talk) 05:46, 11 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I have sent you a note about a page you started[edit]

Hello, Smashskitten. Thank you for your work on Science education in Australia. Klbrain, while examining this page as a part of our page curation process, had the following comments:

Thanks for adding content about the NSW HSC Science curriculum. The key problem is that this is a tiny part of the topic, so the page is unbalanced. The references are entirely from one primary source, the New South Wales Education Standards Authority, and will hence inevitably be biased by the views of that authority. So, until a broad article, based on reliable and indepednent sources is written, I think that the material is best housed on a more specific page (that for the authority), and page redirected to the broader topic of Education in Australia
