Request reason:

Caught by a web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. I am using standard Cox internet. **EDIT** I just realized I was accidentally signed into my VPN. But it seems awfully obnoxious of you guys to block VPN usage. Regardless, it's turned off and I'll make sure to pay attention to it in the future. We do not allow editing through a VPN. MediaWiki, the wiki software that powers Wikipedia, depends on IP addresses for administrator intervention against abuse, especially by anonymous users. Open proxies, including VPNs, allow malicious users to rapidly change IP addresses, causing continuous disruption that cannot be stopped by administrators. Several such attacks have occurred on Wikimedia projects, causing disruption and occupying administrators who would otherwise deal with other concerns. Unfortunately, you won't be able to edit while using a VPN. However, I note that your VPN is now turned off, and that you have subsequently edited, so this appeal is moot. The fate of this tank[edit]

To me, it always seemed, that this tank was immobilized or penetrated from the side, a though that hit is not visible. The frontal hits are the result of someone taking potshots at abandoned tank, from close range.
