Edit to Psychological Operations Article
[edit]Thank you for the welcome. Can you explain exactly why my edit to the Psychological Warfare page did not meet the standards? I linked my addtion to a reputable article written by a practitioner of U.S. psychological warfare and the reference citation seem to work.
