If this draft article is to contain quality content, we really need to be clever at copying from Demographics of Europe, European ethnic groups and Citizenship of the European Union. And of course a reflective section on Europeanness and European integration. - .  . 01:56, 28 December 2007 (UTC)

Aye, looks good. On the French points, we could probably convert much of it over: The National Front, multiculturalism and métissage culturel to info on things like Euronat and also historical points such as the WW2 events. In fact, perhaps we could also note the breakup of Yugoslavia, the genocide between them? Serbia still claims to be defending Europe from Muslim expansion. Think we could remove Notable expatriates though as there would be far too many. for the history, we should contact the European History WikiProject for help. On other points though, why only historical images in the infobox? Also, the languages chart is only for EU countries isn't it? - J Logan t: 09:04, 28 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Yes the language table in the infobox is a copy of the one in the EU article; I didn't find a proper list of languages in europe by usage. I've got the impression that the tradition for the "people of.." articles is to have famous people from the respective culture placed into a collage in the infobox. Most of Europe's famous people lived in past; ergo; we use historical images. (Hitler and Einstein aren't ancient though)Would be difficult to find a single picture representing one typical, modern European. I agree, we can convert much, and we should contact other projects. - .  . 18:22, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
