Laotian Rebellion article title
[edit]Hi. A note of thanks for your work on the Laotian Rebellion (1826–1828) article. Could you take a look at the discussion regarding the article title, at Talk:Laotian Rebellion (1826–1828)#Article title? --Paul_012 (talk) 07:55, 30 November 2014 (UTC)
Map of Laos around 1750
[edit]Hello, no problem for writing in English. I made a map based on the one from A History of Laos. There are two versions : with caption and without as I think you will prefer to write it in your own language. If you need some corrections or some additionnal maps, don't hesitate to ask (especially if you have already done the research work) on my user page or by e-mail. Best regards. --Nicolas Eynaud (talk) 21:22, 2 April 2016 (UTC)

You have zero academic sources, if you have them then list them, otherwise it is nothing more than bigoted nationalism.--StampyElephant (talk) 14:51, 4 September 2017 (UTC)

Thank You for your kind Comments
[edit]Dear StampyElephant - Thank you for your kind comments about my edits on the Vietnamese-Laotion War (1479-80) and the additional sources. I struggled with the changes that I made as I am way out of my league when it comes to the history of Southeast Asia. I very much enjoyed working on the subject. I edited it as I got confused and then I would try and research an issue to present an accurate picture of what happened. I live in the United States and am of German-Polish descent so I have no axe to grind regarding the subject. So I appreciate your comments as you appear to be someone who is very knowledgeable on the subject. So thanks again. Hope you are staying safe from the terrible pandemic that we are now living through. All the best, Virgil Fairchild VFF0347 (talk) 19:18, 29 April 2020 (UTC)
