We're so glad you're here! - CobaltBlueTony 20:45, 23 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! glad to be here as well (I've shortened your welcome message a bit, if you don't mind) Stefan Jansen 19:56, 25 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Regicide[edit]

Sorry about that; I must have had a bunch of windows open, and reverted the wrong one. The date pages get hundreds of vanity edits (e.g. 1990, "cool kid was born") ... so there must be another one I missed. Oops. Thanks, Antandrus (talk) 15:16, 28 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

As you did, I've now proposed the article for deletion. Jayjg (talk) 23:31, 29 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. I was planning to do the same thing later that day, to give him some time to respond on the talk page. I will not 'vote' on the article's deletion entry, because I have nothing new to add, and concensus already seems to have formed. Stefan Jansen 16:22, 30 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for reporting[edit]

I noticed that you have already reported 195.229.242.90 for admin intervention. You are much faster than me. :) However, I had neglected reviewing this user's other edits, like [1] and [2]. Not all of them seem like vandalism, maybe because he/she uses a dynamic IP. Still, he/she continues doing the same on Pakistan Air Force.
Anyway,we have nothing else left to do. Sincere thanks to you for your work on Wikipedia. --Emre D. | Talk 18:46, 9 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

arnhem[edit]

There are 2 things which I think may be worth mentioning. These are that of the approximately 10,000 allied soldiers, of all origins, who landed at Oosterbeek/Nijmegen/Arnhem, 8,000 were wounded, died or were taken prisoner. The other is that the important American airborne operations around Eindhoven should be mentioned. I mention this because in the London Times of today, wikipedia is quoted (your article) and it says that according to wikipedia there is no mention of the american action. This can be easily corrected. best wishes.90.15.216.15 (talk) 19:07, 19 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
