Stats

[edit]

Hi there, just a quick note to say that when you update a player's stats, as you did here, you should also update the "as of" date. After your edit, George Lapslie's article said that he had played 9 games for Gillingham as of 17 February, which is not true. You can quickly and easily do this by overtyping whatever date is shown against the "club-update" parameter with five tildes (~~~~~), which will automatically generate the current date and time when you hit publish. Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Davis Keillor-Dunn, you may be blocked from editing. Telfordbuck (talk) 16:21, 22 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

What on earth are you talking about? What disruptive editing? I have literally updated his appearances and goals as per stats on soccerbase. StoneyStag (talk) 23:25, 1 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

You are putting people off editing Wikipedia though. Can you please explain my disruptive editing on Davis Keillor Dunn please? StoneyStag (talk) 11:13, 2 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
There have been multiple occasions where you have been updating the timestamp and these edits are therefore incorrect.
Regarding Davis Keillor Dunn, you are updating the statistics table in one column only and not updating the overall totals for each row.
Because you have been given the same advice a number of times, and are now attacking editors on their own talk pages in conversations that you were not involved in, this does not encourage people to assist you in improving and will increase the likelihood of a ban. Telfordbuck (talk) 13:41, 2 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I'll not even bother in future then. There is a way of speaking to people, you are so miserable. StoneyStag (talk) 16:54, 2 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
