Article title capitalization[edit]

Hi Sunflowersoul. Wikipedia article titles use sentence capitalization, not title capitalization, so "voting rights" would only be capitalized if it's a name - as in the Voting Rights Act of 1965. So while it's possible to rename an article, changing the capitalization of Voting rights in the United States would be against Wikipedia's policy on article titles.
