[edit]Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Lorna E. Lockwood may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "{}"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

If you are the copyright holder, please read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information on uploading your material to Wikipedia. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted text, or images borrowed from other websites, or printed material without a verifiable license; such additions will be deleted. Thank you, I'm not sure what I did wrong, I'm doing edits for a class, I can't find where I put something copyrighted, can you help me so I don't make the same mistake again, thank you
- I think the comment referred to this edit where you added text copied straight from your source. You did state the source, but since there were two whole paragraphs which were copied verbatim, with no quotation marks to indicate that they were in fact a quote, it violated Wikipedia's copyright policy. Please note that if you had added quotation marks there would still have been a copyright issue since there is a limit to how much it is possible to quote (I don't know what the limit is, but two paras is definitely too much). Finally, the text also violated Wikipedia's policy on keeping a neutral point of view in Wikipedia articles.
- Wikipedia has a lot of rules and I know it can feel a lot like being made to jump through hoops, at times. If you have questions about editing, you can always ask the friendly people at the Teahouse - they are extremely helpful. Good luck, and happy editing! --bonadea contributions talk 20:58, 5 November 2013 (UTC)
