I wouldn't worry about it. I respect Dweller's comments, but I don't believe that are persuasive enough to stop promotion. A lack of chainsaw mentions in the plot is not important, especially when we mention its use every time it actually appears in the film minus the scene in the kitchen when he cuts up Pam's boyfriend (but that's not relevant to the overall plot anyway). Whatever his other issues, he's apparently not identifying them so there's nothing to do but wait. Unless there is a wave of opposes from people just supporting another oppose and not actually reviewing the article (I say that because I don't believe there is any real issue with this article), then I think this time is the charm.  BIGNOLE  (Contact me) 13:57, 9 March 2011 (UTC)

Notification: changes to "Mark my edits as minor by default" preference

Hello there. This is an automated message to tell you about the gradual phasing out of the preference entitled "Mark all edits minor by default", which you currently have (or very recently had) enabled.

On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (consensus discussion, guidelines for use at WP:MINOR). This had the effect of locking users in to their existing preference, which, in your case, was true. To complete the process, your preference will automatically be changed to false in the next few days. This does not require any intervention on your part and all users will still be able to manually mark their edits as being minor in the usual way.

For well-established users such as yourself there is a workaround available involving custom JavaScript. If you have any problems, feel free to drop me a note.

Mr. McMahon

The most important part of the article is the TV shows main roster. Mr. McMahon is part of it. He is an authority figure on Raw and needs to be listed there. Of course Vince is Chairman/CEO, but this is said on the "Notes" part. So, he do not need to appear twice in the same article, neither be moved. The "Executive officers" section was made to list important officials that do not appear on TV. Triple H (as Senior Creative Advisor) and Ranjin Singh (as a writer for Raw) are just there (on the main roster) for exactly the same reason. Thanks for the attention. I know you're frustrated, but the constant deprecating comments about how the article will never pass (even ones you make and then strike through) are not actually helping the page. It just comes across like you're unwilling to accept issues with the article and would rather it get passed with problems then seen as "an example of Wikipedia's best". I know that is not what you want, but your comments can be interpreted that way. It's also not very professional to complain whenever someone new brings up an issue. Protests

I would simply keep it as it is, because we're describing the location of the protests - i.e. Taiwan. It's not referring to the government of Taiwan. If you're still not happy, take it to the talk page to gain more feedback. John Smith's (talk) 19:24, 25 March 2011 (UTC)

Sorry, it's obvious that the issue is economic ties. But we're not talking about state to state relations, and the PRC's official position is that the ROC doesn't exist. So if we keep "China" and "Taiwan" it's both clearer to a reader that isn't an expert on ties between the two and doesn't comment on the politics because, like it or not, Taiwan is not part of China in an economic sense - there is no economic "area" called China.
