Here are a few key questions:

You are currently blocked because your username appears directly related to a company, group or product that you have been promoting, contrary to the username policy. Changing the username will not allow you to violate the 3 important principles above. Bjelleklang - talk 13:50, 26 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Bjelleklang,

I changed my username because it was a Wikipedia rule, and to indicate that I am the only user for this account. I haven’t violated any of the 3 principles you mentioned. Please find below the detail of absolutely everything that I have done on Wikipedia from now on. I hope it will answer to your 3 points.

Because I understand COI, I have clearly introduced myself here http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E3%83%8E%E3%83%BC%E3%83%88:%E3%82%B7%E3%83%A7%E3%83%91%E3%83%BC%E3%83%AB .

Then I have just translated the English article about Chopard in my language : Japonese. Besides I have proposed it to the community only on the talk page here : http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E3%83%8E%E3%83%BC%E3%83%88:%E3%82%B7%E3%83%A7%E3%83%91%E3%83%BC%E3%83%AB .

This Japanese page was created a long time ago before I have even registered on Wikipedia (2007). The Japanese community considered the subject notable.

I have just proposed a translation of an encyclopedic content as this is encouraged on Wikipedia, understanding that Wikipedia is and remain an encyclopedia. Regards,--Taro.jp.11 (talk) 16:13, 26 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Firstly, you need to cite the english wikipedia as a source for the chopard article on ja wiki. Also, please declare yourself here. NativeForeigner Talk 03:04, 28 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Native,

On the talk page of the japanese article I have clearly said that was a translation from the english article. Do you mean that I need to insert some kind of wikipedia code in addition ? Again on the JP talk page everyone saw that I was working in a digital agency servicing Chopard. All right to say it again tough, but being blocked I can't right now. Thank you --Taro.jp.11 (talk) 09:36, 29 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
