Templates and text formatting[edit]

Hello. Just so you know, the {{Comic book reference}} and {{Cite comic}} templates already format comic book and story titles. So you don't have to add the additional formatting as you did here.--Rockfang (talk) 03:09, 2 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Italics[edit]

Hi. Please take a look at WP:ITALICS and Wikipedia:MOSQUOTE. Episode titles and quotations do not use italic formatting (''italics''). Thank you. TH1RT3EN talkcontribs 22:27, 11 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, you may not know that Wikipedia has a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Using different styles throughout the encyclopedia makes it harder to read. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Please do not use styles that are unusual or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Vandal Savage. There is a Manual of Style that should be followed. Please stop adding your own italics to {{cite}} related templates. Most (possibly all) format their text properly on their own.--Rockfang (talk) 20:26, 12 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Stop using italics in quotes and please see WP:PUNC. Alientraveller (talk) 19:51, 14 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
