Thank you for your reply. So the page was deleted because it was created by a "banned user." I'm curious to know... where can one find the Wikipedia standards for deleting articles, including the standard for banned users?

Please help me with appealing a decision by a volunteer editor to take down an article. Where may I go to do this? Thank you for your assistance.

Hi Taylor Henry. A link to or simply a mention of the article in question would be helpful. Looking at your editing history I presume you are talking about Taylor Henry. It was deleted following a consensus-based discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Taylor Henry. It was deleted a second time in March under WP:G5 "Creation by a blocked or banned user in violation of block or ban", but also under WP:G4. You could try to create a brand new draft, see How to create your first article, although if you are the Taylor Henry in question, that is highly discouraged. Did this help?
