Beatrix Potter

Hello. I wanted you to know that I have reverted your edits to Beatrix Potter, both because her birthplace is already mentioned in the infobox and because internal redlinks should not be removed. Many thanks for your recent contributions to Wikipedia, and especially WHSmith. However you left you edit summary box blank, meaning other editors/users "may question your motives for the edit", "because it may not be obvious what the purpose of the edit was". "It is considered good practice to provide a summary for every edit, especially when reverting (undoing) the actions of other editors or deleting existing text" - after investigation, your intended edit was indeed to delete existing text, but for the better of the article. This is admirable and bold. I am not saying your edit was incorrect, I am simply saying it was a good/positive edit, but you must remember to summarise your edits on wikipedia. Otherwise it is unclear of your edit for other users, which may even lead to your edit being wrongly reverted... then even possibly resulting in an edit war - but not with me, I don't believe in them. (Complying with; WP:FIES, WP:BB, WP:EW)

It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve.
