Maybe you could start a sub-section concerning this complaint (it would allow to expose Felice Casson's criticisms of it & current debate - this complaint has been presented in the international press (IHT, etc.) as a clearly obvious move aimed at gaining time and withholding extradition requests). - i'm looking for it, but i can find almost nothing. i can't even find the recourse for the conflict of powers [they should be 2]. it should be in the pending cases on the constitutional court site, but they [the pending cases] are unaccessible by now. any way, comments that are not from the govern or the very milan prosecuting autority are just news material. when the conflict will be resolver i'll have the decision. that will be the true source!
