Not that I know of. Most hypothyroidism is the slow end result of Hashimoto's thyroiditis, an autoimmune disorder with no known cause. So how do you know you're hypothryoid? Did you get the diagnosis from an MD, and have the tests repeated? There's a lot of thyroid quackery out there. See Wilson's syndrome. SBHarris 00:00, 21 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
