Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Ides of March, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Please note that when multiple acceptable style choices exist (such as "B.C." and "B.C.E." for dates), that the Manual of Style asks that we retain the existing style unless there is a particularly good reason to switch from it.Red-tailed hawk (nest) 18:40, 15 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please don't change the format of dates, as you did to Book of Numbers. As a general rule, if an article has evolved using predominantly one format, the dates should be left in the format they were originally written in, unless there are reasons for changing it based on strong national ties to the topic. Please also note that Wikipedia does not use ordinal suffixes (e.g., st, nd, th), articles, or leading zeros on dates.

For more information about how dates should be written on Wikipedia, please see this page.

If you have any questions about this, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Enjoy your time on Wikipedia. Thank you. Remsense 07:27, 7 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Unfortunately, seeing your user page—it's not acceptable for an editor to act against the universal consensus of the site to right what they see as great wrongs. Believe it or not, you are not the first one to think to change the era labels on articles. If you keep changing era labels against consensus, you're very quickly going to be blocked for disruptive editing. Remsense 07:33, 7 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
