USS Cod

Do you know if the text and picture you added to USS Cod (SS-224) are alright, copyrightwise? http://www.usscod.org/info.html says, "Copyright © 1996-2002 USS COD all rights reserved", and Image:USS Cod SS-224.jpg is listed as "unsure of its copyright status". I've just worked on the page, and if necessary, the information from the ship's website can be further rephrased. Also, I found another image, on NavSource.org, Image:USS Cod;0822430.jpg, which is listed as a "U.S. Navy photo", but I haven't removed yours.
