[edit]

Information icon Welcome, and thank you for your attempt to lighten up Wikipedia. However, this is an encyclopedia, and articles are intended to be serious, so please don't make joke edits, as you did to October 18. Readers looking for accurate information will not find them amusing. If you'd like to experiment with editing, please use your sandbox instead, where you are given a certain degree of freedom in what you write. lavender|(formerly HMSSolent)|lambast 03:37, 1 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Indian locomotive class WP

[edit]

Do you have any source for this missing WP loco manufactured by Floridsof? I am referring to the edit linked below. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=1132353271&oldid=1130919224&title=Indian_locomotive_class_WP Venudxb (talk) 01:35, 20 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! Trainsandotherthings (talk) 14:56, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Grachester. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Whyte notation, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Grachester (talk) 05:36, 22 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It's all from me. TheSwissCrocodile (talk) 01:19, 23 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Then you can't add it to Wikipedia articles. Please read WP:V and WP:NOR. In particular you cannot replace properly sourced information with your personal opinions. Sorry, Grachester (talk) 03:05, 23 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
