Hey Guys & Gals. I'm from New Zealand. used to just take the piss out of wikipedia (i.e my infamous supergrass edits), but now I am being a serious contributer in an attempt to be granted moderator status in the near future ;)

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. I will be the user to start the commencation of this discussion about banter happenning in the discussion section of the articles.i have noticed that often people are in breach of the forum rules so i should do something about it problem is i dont know what to do :S

does anybody else got an opinion on the subject matter??

Briefly, no. See WP:GNG for details on which topics warrant an article.

Also, User:Boing! said Zebedee is just a normal editor, not an WP:Administrator (there is no user group called "moderator" here. See WP:User access levels for the list of user group names we do use). HTH. -- Quiddity (talk) 20:09, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

He has not blocked any accounts, and any user can add a warning template or welcome template to a usertalkpage. He's also not listed at Wikipedia:List of administrators/P-Z#Z. ;) -- Quiddity (talk) 18:13, 24 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

hey Quiddity, I share an IP address with a number of people so i cannot account for all items that undergo but i shall incur heavy penalties if my flatmates alter an article under this IP without my chief permission. hope you have a good one,

PS- how do I issue warnnings to people that are in vast breach of the Wikipedia terms and conditions of use under the wikipedia listings? Im am on the suspicion of some activities that have undergone.

You should not issue warnings, unless you have a clear understanding of the policies and guidelines yourself. I'd recommend you spend more time reading the rules, rather than trying to discuss them with an incomplete background. Start with the pages I've already linked above.
