Correct Oklahoma on raw milk debate map

Hello, on the "United States raw milk debate" article, the color coded map should have Oklahoma as Cyan color for " Legal through farm sales." Per the cited source, getrawmilk.com "Incidental on-farm raw milk sales are legal in Oklahoma. Incidental is not defined for cows, but for goats up to 100 gallons per month."

Boosteroid moved to draftspace

It needs more in-depth coverage about the subject itself, with citations from reliable, independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. It should have at least three, to be safe.
