Proposed deletion of Saeed Shafa

Nothing that indicates this person is notable, the references are almost entirely self-published blogs and the film festivals don't have articles

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
