A tag has been placed on Luxury Watches, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising that only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.

If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of Luxury Watches and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from independent reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. There is a Road, No Simple Highway (talk) 17:16, 29 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. Wikieditor06 (talk) 17:18, 29 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you remove a speedy deletion notice from a page you have created yourself, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. There is a Road, No Simple Highway (talk) 17:24, 29 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. There is a Road, No Simple Highway (talk) 17:24, 29 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for advertising or self-promoting in violation of our conflict of interest policy and notability guidelines. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. Request reason:

I was blocked for removing a speedy deletion notice from a page I created but I created it by accident with no content and all I want to do is delete that page. I'm confused. BTW, the page I created was Luxry Watches and I haven't added any content as it was created in error. Please delete this page.

Decline reason:

From the pattern of your edits so far, it would appear that you main intention is to try and sneak links to officialwatches.co.uk into articles in violation of Wikipedia:Spam. We don't take too kindly to covert attempts at SEO around here, so you'll need to show further cause as to why we should unblock you. --  Netsnipe  ►  01:24, 30 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I have contacted the blocking admin on your behalf. I make no promises. --Anthony.bradbury"talk" 20:53, 29 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I have been declined and you say that my main intention is to 'sneak links' to officialwatches.co.uk into articles. Officialwatches.co.uk is the source of 3 bits of information I contributed to your site (Spend 2 minutes browsing their site and you will find 2 articles I have contributed in their news section on ways to spot fakes. Articles I am proud of.) If I do not state the source, that is unethical. I have shared expert information that is original and accurate and verifiable. I happen to be an expert in the field of luxury watches and replicas are a HUGE problem in the marketplace. EVERYTHING I contributed to your website is quality information that would only help a watch buyer to avoid buying replicas. I don't understand your issue? I am a real and authentic contributer to Wikipedia and other sites and 'SEO' is not my business - I am a watch expert and you should be happy to have experts add to your site for free. I don't get it.

Decline reason:

No, you may not use Wikipedia to promote yourself and your work. Everything you have contributed to Wikipedia so far seems primarily to have that purpose. FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 13:14, 30 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
