[edit]I dont understand your comments re "personal feelings" and "showing true colors", what is this meant to mean? Are you replying to the right comments?(Khanada 00:41, 8 October 2006 (UTC))
I know, I was far too harsh in my reply also. I am sorry.(Khanada 21:34, 14 November 2006 (UTC))
Edit summaries and deletion
[edit]Please try to use edit summaries for all edits made to articles. This is especially important when you are nominating articles for deletion, for example Iktimal Hage-Ali.
Nominating and article twice for speedy deletion twice, as you did for Iktimal Hage-Ali, is usually inappropriate. Instead, if you are unhappy that a request for speedy deletion was refused, please nominate it for articles for deletion (AfD) instead. Thanks, Andjam 13:40, 26 December 2006 (UTC)
Iktimal Hage-Ali
[edit]Hi - do you have a source you can quote for stating that Iktimal Hage-Ali is an Alawite? --PeterMarkSmith 02:45, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
Speedy deletion of MuslimVillage Forums
[edit]A tag has been placed on MuslimVillage Forums requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for web content.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the article or have a copy emailed to you. Speedy deletion nomination of Brian Sully
[edit]A tag has been placed on Brian Sully requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Lilaac (talk) 03:27, 28 May 2009 (UTC)
Unreferenced BLPs
[edit]Hello Truth 06! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot notifying you on behalf of the the unreferenced biographies team that 1 of the articles that you created is currently tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 123 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
