I'm going to report this as a mistake by ClueBot, because the edit which triggered it was the following: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Bon_Secours_Mother_and_Baby_Home&diff=618479846&oldid=618479733

All I did in that edit was comment out a single word ("illegally") and added my reasons for doing so : I couldn't confirm that the description "illegally" was justified by the stated source. This isn't vandalism, so I think Cluebot made a mistake.
