Merger proposal

This template is one of at least three Userpage templates that denote a user as a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. It seems like we should be able to settle on a single template to serve this purpose. My choice would be to use this one and merge the others to this for two reasons:

this template currently has the most pages linking to it (i.e. it is the most heavily used)
in my opinion it is the most aesthetically pleasing of the three templates.

The templates to be merged are:

{{Pittsburgh Steelers Fan}}
{{User Steelers}}
