[edit]Hello, UaPro, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Brianda and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.
I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. Edits to Sultan Han
[edit]Hi UaPro. Your new edit did solve some of the puffery concerns, but it still failed the basic requirement of verifiability. As I mentioned in this second revert, none of the sources you cited appear to be directly relevant to the main details that you were changing or adding. You seem to have also copy-pasted (I assume) part of an earlier version of the article, including incorrect material that I previously removed ([1]).
At this point, please do not re-add material unless you've personally made sure that it is directly and explicitly supported by the cited sources. The intention of inline citations is to verify the specific information provided in that part of the article. If it helps to clarify: the citations should not be merely general references on Islamic or Seljuk architecture. Making sure you include the specific page numbers where the information is found in the sources, as I mentioned on the talk page, is also one way to force yourself to follow the sources closely. (I used to make this mistake too.) It also makes it easier for others to verify the changes. R Prazeres (talk) 23:24, 28 April 2024 (UTC)
- Hey is there a way I could possibly get in contact with you and we could go over my editing? My wikipedia project is due on the 10th and i want to get a good grade on in from my proffessor. UaPro (talk) 17:15, 5 May 2024 (UTC)
- Hi, I can't help you with your project specifically, my only concern is the content on Wikipedia itself. I'm not sure you've understood my first point above about sources. You keep citing Tabbaa 2001, for example, but like I said before, I currently can't see anything in that book that actually talks about this monument. If the book does discuss it, then on which exact pages does it do so? R Prazeres (talk) 21:12, 5 May 2024 (UTC)
