Talk page use

I have removed the following comment you posted on Talk:Om

When did the horses were observed in India first?
Upmanaveen (talk) 18:45, 15 October 2013 (UTC)Few believe that horses were first used in India by Alexendra the great during his invasion and his victory over Porus only on account of the use of horses. But, in Bhimbetka a place near Bhopal, UNESCO certified a sight where we can see some arts where one man is sitting over a horse during hunting. The sight is declared as 10000 years date back. Then, what is the actual fact about the presence of horse? Are the horses originated from India as well or brought from Europe?[reply]

because article talk pages are intended for discussion towards improving the specific article and not for questions regarding the subject itself. You are welcome to post your question at wikipedia's Humanities Reference Desk, where editors try to answer such queries. Also note that, by convention, signatures on wikipedia are added at the end of ones message, and not at the beginning. Abecedare (talk) 19:12, 15 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
