Edit to Maud Lewis
[edit]Hello! You appear to be a new contributor so welcome. You changed the birthplace of Maud Lewis - first note that this is not a 'minor edit' (which refers to things like spelling corrections, not affecting the information in the article), so you should not have marked your edit as such. Then if the birthplace really is wrong, proper evidence is needed - you can cite the book you mentioned, with page numbers etc, but really some explanation is needed as to why other sources all give a different answer. The best thing to do would be to write an explanation on the talk page of the article, and let others sort it out. (Sorry, I know less than nothing about Maud Lewis.)
