A tag has been placed on Campo-Iro, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself.

If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Michael Johnson (talk) 12:34, 17 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I did not delete the page, I nominated it for deletion. The page would have been deleted by an admin who would have reviewed my nomination and agreed with it. I am sorry you are disappointed to have had the page deleted. I nominated it because it did not appear to make any sense. In addition it did not have any sources nominated, leaving me with the suspicion that it was original research. There were also no links to it from other pages, and no links from it to other pages. In other words there was nothing on the page to indicate it was about an actual subject, and not just a piece of creative writing. As far as saving it you should be aware that anything on Wikipedia can be amended at any time by others. If you want to save something as a product of your own writing you should do so on your own computer. May I suggest you start as I did, by editing articles on subjects you are interested in, then progressing to starting to write a new article when you have a little more experience of what is required in an article. You may also like to review WP:NOT, WP:NPOV, WP:NOR, WP:V, and WP:CITE. --Michael Johnson (talk) 00:14, 18 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'm looking for contributors who are willing to help me with a Criticism section on the Global Warming page. We need to first do a plethora of research to gather together reputable and qualified scientists who take issue with some (or all) of the tenets of global warming. This article is one of the only pages that doesn't have a criticism section and it is sorely lacking in that regard. I have already gathered a great deal of reference material, and a good friend of mine is an atmospheric physicist willing to help. Please let me know on my talk page if you are willing to help.Supertheman (talk) 10:44, 27 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
