Speedy deletion nomination of Top 3 hospitals in india

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Top 3 hospitals in india for deletion, because it seems to be vandalism or a hoax.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add soapboxing, promotional or advertising material to Wikipedia, as you did at How to prepare for iit to be selected in top ranks, you may be blocked from editing. Dear Vivek Kumar from Kota, this content is unambigiously promotional and has no place on Wikipedia.
