I'll let some uninvolved admin review, but please be aware that this user has not "done the time". He has been editing Wikipedia for almost every day since he has been blocked, through a long series of IP's and users. You can see e.g. my block log[1] or that of Rodhullandemu. Perhaps his block needs to be revisited (while his behaviour is very similar to what it used to be, it is not quite as bad as at the time of the original block), but certainly not for the reason he gives, as he hasn't stopped editing because of this block for even one moment. Anyway, if someone wants to unblock, don't wait for my permission, you are free to do so if you think it may have a positive result, but please then keep an eye on this user as well.
